1 small container of natural Greek yogurt (optional)
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions:
For the salad:
Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to remove the seeds. Cut it into 5mm cubes.
Cut the apple into 5mm cubes.
Peel the celery and cut it into 5mm cubes.
Slice the avocado or cut it into cubes, depending on preference.
Drain the water from the tuna cans and break up the tuna with your hands or a fork.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl or plate.
For the dressing:
Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
This green tuna salad is an excellent source of green vegetables (antioxidants) and fish (healthy protein), which will provide essential nutrients for your brain. You can replace any green vegetable with another one you prefer. We recommend eating it at least twice a week to keep your brain healthy.
