Sugar-Free Fruit Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 envelopes (14 grams in total) of unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup of fresh chopped fruits (strawberries, apple, orange, etc.)
  • Natural sweetener to taste (stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, etc.)

Instructions:

  1. In a small pot, bring the water to a boil. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  2. Add the unflavored gelatin packets to the hot water and stir until fully dissolved.

  3. Sweeten the gelatin with your chosen natural sweetener to taste. Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

  4. Pour some of the gelatin into individual molds or a large gelatin mold.

  5. Add the chopped fresh fruits into the gelatin in the molds.

  6. Pour the remaining gelatin over the fruits in the molds, ensuring they are well covered.

  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the gelatin is firm and ready to serve.

  8. Unmold the gelatin if necessary and serve as a refreshing, sugar-free dessert.
