Antioxidant Green Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of fresh spinach
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into pieces
  • 1 green apple, cut into pieces
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup of coconut water or plain water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Add the cup of coconut water (or plain water) to help blend the ingredients well.
  3. If desired, you can add some ice cubes to make the juice cooler.
  4. Blend all the ingredients until smooth and homogeneous.
  5. Taste the juice and adjust the flavor if necessary, adding more lemon or ginger to your liking.
  6. Pour the juice into a glass and serve immediately.
