JUGO DE NARANJA Y ZANAHORIA

Ingredients:

  • 3 large oranges, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 2 large carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger (optional), peeled and grated
  • Cold water (optional, to dilute)

Instructions:

  1. Pass the oranges and carrots through a juice extractor to obtain their fresh juice.
  2. If you are using ginger, add it to the juice extractor along with the oranges and carrots.
  3. Mix the juice well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  4. If the juice is too thick for your liking, you can dilute it with a little cold water.
  5. Serve the freshly squeezed orange and carrot juice in a glass with ice and enjoy its refreshing taste and nutrients.
